I combine different healing therapies. I have trained in Reiki 1,2 and Masters. Shamanic wheel and Breathwork Combining this knowledge with my passion I also offer Crystal Healing, Angel Therapy, Reiki Drum and Oracle Card Readings.
I work using my intuition focussing on each individual client and their specific needs. I often combine the different therapies to create a session to maximise the effectiveness.

What to expect when you come for a session
Firstly I will give you a consent and information form to fill out. This will give me a better understanding of certain areas we need to focus on for example the client might be stressed, in physical pain or experiencing anxiety or depression. Clients will come to me for various reasons I use my skills, experience and intuition to provide a bespoke session.
When you receive energy healing you are able to reduce pain, increase mental clarity, relieve stress, anxiety and depression all of which supports deep relaxation.

Reiki
Reiki works on different levels the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual enhancing everything in life. ... This ancient Japanese method of healing uses energy to balance the body, spirit and mind. The benefits can be felt by both the Reiki practitioner and the client. During a treatment I will place my hands either above or on the body and allow the universal energy of Reiki to channel through.
Crystal Healing
Crystal healing therapy involves placing gemstones on the chakras in the body to draw out negative energy. Crystal healing is an alternative medical technique in which crystals and other stones are used to cure ailments and protect against disease and restore balance and wellbeing to the client.
Angel Therapy
During an Angel Therapy session I will start by doing a full body scan and guided meditation to relax the client. Combined with a Reiki/crystal healing treatment. Which is then followed up with an Angel Card Oracle reading. This treatment combines all the beautiful aspects of healing, meditation and spiritual guidance. Leaving the clients feeling uplifted, calm and balanced.
Reiki/Reiki Drum
During a Reiki drum session I will combine a normal Reiki treatment and combine it using the healing vibrations of the Reiki drum. Reiki combined with the rhythm of the drum helps to identify and remove energy blockages, reduce stress and strengthen the nervous system, creating a deep sense of emotional well being.
Oracle Card Reading
Card readings are a powerful tool for those seeking guidance in their life. Using oracle cardscan give insight into relationships, careers and finances while giving the recipient peace of mind and confidence in their decisions.
Shamanic Healing
Shamanic healing I work by tuning into your energy usually by silently observing the client in a meditative state, by asking spirits and the patient’s spirit guides to help them see what is needed in the healing. I use sound healing with a drum or rattle,my voice, feathers, tobacco, crystals or other tools to clear resistance in the form of fear or anger patterns, get circulation moving again, restore lost parts of self, or energetically extract foreign energy or obstacles.
Shamanic healing & Breathwork
Shamanic healing and breathwork is by far the most powerful healing I offer. Shamanic healing combined with conscious connected breathing takes you to another level of healing. The breath is our life force, our spirit, during the session i will intuitively guide you through a breathwork sequence and provide healing throughout, using, rattles, drums, my voice, tobacco, feathers, crystals, again clearing anything that no longer serves you for your highest good. restoring lost parts of the soul to become whole once again.
